Return Policy is only applicable on the below circumstances:
- Defective Product
- Torn Product
If the size is not as per size chart (i.e. medium instead of large) or different product is sent, then the Abaya will be exchanged accordingly.
All the requests for return or exchange shall be emailed to email@example.com within 24 hours of the receipt of shipment. Further, the Products shall be dispatched in its original condition with all tags attached.
The below reasons will not be entertained for exchange or refund:
a) Colour variations from product photos
b) Slight design variation from product photos, such as print patterns and arrangements, lace arrangements, etc.
c) Slight size variation of within ±3cm on measurements
d) Minor imperfections like loose threads or crease marks
e) Slight variation in finishing details
f) Customer’s subjective opinions on product quality and preference, such as inner lining tears or inner ribbon loop tears.
